No Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and anywhere in the building. Party? Keep it classy 🎉
We love fun as much as you do, but no wild parties or loud music after 10 PM. Cape Town neighbors have sensitive ears.
Quiet Hours:
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Pets:
Furry friends are adorable, but please don’t bring pets unless we’ve agreed beforehand.
Guests:
Only registered guests may stay overnight. Surprise guests aren’t allowed
Cleanliness:
Keep your space tidy!
Refuse Disposal:
Trash should be securely wrapped and placed in the refuse area at the scheduled collection times. No sneaky littering, please.
Parking:
Park only in your allocated bay or designated visitor parking.
Security:
Lock doors and gates when you leave.
Respect:
Treat neighbors, staff, and property with courtesy and consideration. Kindness never goes out of style.
Damage:
If something breaks or gets lost, let us know immediately. Repair or replacement costs may apply.
Children
Parents or guardians, please supervise your little adventurers at all times.
Our Story: Why We Fell in Love with 25 Coral Road
This house on Coral Road wasn’t just a random pick, it’s a place full of heart. Originally, it started as a cozy family home, full of laughter & messy dinners moments.
When we first walked in, we could almost hear the echoes of past giggles bouncing off the walls. It felt alive, warm, and… kind of magical. We knew it was a place where memories were made, and we wanted to make our own.
We moved here looking for a fresh start, somewhere by the beach where mornings smell like the ocean and evenings glow with sunset colors that feel straight out of a painting. Over time, this house has become more than bricks and walls, it’s a little sanctuary, a place where friends and family gather, where laughter lingers in the air, and where every corner tells a story.
Now, we’re excited to share it with you! We hope while you’re here, you feel the same warmth we do, and maybe even make a few memories of your own.

When you arrive, please send your host agent a quick message or call to let them know you are outside.
Your host agent will meet you at the property entrance, walk you through the home, answer any questions, and complete a short handover, including giving you the keys.
If you need any help before or during check-in, we’re always a message away.
Check-Out Instructions
When you’re ready to leave, simply return the key to the neighbours next door, the first unit right beside the property.
Once the key is handed over, you’re all set!
